Our attached house design project located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia comes in modern style both for interior design and architecture design. A creative interior design team worked with the architect to create a clean house floor plan and layouts. While client will enjoy open spaces , connected with the magical landscape by the massive glass window panels.

The house design intended to be used as a summer beach house with 1 huge master bedroom , Cozy dining room , family living room next to the infinity swimming pool and a landscape formed in very neat modern architecture style.The exterior architecture elevations comes with aluminum slanted louvres works perfectly as a sun shade modern element. Elevated building structure with concealed light makes the house design looks beautifully floating.

Within the swimming pool a sunken cozy lounge seating designed to welcome the guests in nice ambient with a warm outdoor fireplace ( so the outdoor area would be used also in winter nights ). Natural stone hardscape flooring used in gray to match the architecture design of the house. With warm exterior lighting design makes the house standout perfectly.

 Going to discover  the interior design of house , you are welcomed with a full height glass door at the entrance. Enjoy walking to a spacious guest sitting lobby with modern sofas layout , Italian modern ash veneer wooden cladding nicely highlighted with concealed indirect ceiling light. You will immediately feel the natural silk luxury handmade rugs once you step inside this perfectly designed space.

Family living room is cozy , comes with an open modern kitchen for daily use. The open kitchen interior design implemented white Italian marble with the finest veins. Tv wall designed as a modern architecture design element with the Tv is recessed.

Dining room design separated with tinted glass partition wall , while dining table layout comes in U shape to accommodate decent size parties and guests. A custom made oil painting artwork specially tailored as per the modern design of the dining room area.
