A special home automation system considered for the Dubai villa design controlling Air-condition , lighting , sound , audio-visual and curtains . Full top of the line security system considered within the villa design using latest surveillance camera and motion detection systems. All Furniture , Fabric and soft finishes are imported specially from Italy and were tailored made as per the design.

The fit-out team managed the full execution process as per the approved villa design and coordinated marble flooring work , gypsum ceiling work , wall finishes and fixing all fittings as per the highest standards . Our team carefully inspected each design element to ensure matching the design until completion and successful handover on time .
