The home interior has refreshing, and serene character attributed to the organic decorations including the island-like display of onyx planters and water feature perfectly placed at the heart of the home architecture.

Natural white stone combined with GRC cladding of Roman details was used in the external walls of this neoclassical architecture while its interior was painted in linen grey Jotun paint complimented with a polyurethane crown, corniche and panel mouldings.
The long hallway leading to the grand hall and sitting room is filled with royalty and grandeur character emphasized through the almost 6-meter-high ceiling with skylight roof design match with a pearl like crystal chandelier over the polished geometric patterned marble flooring in combination of Black Marquina, Armani Grey and Azul Blue.
What makes the Doha Palace royal residence unique is that personalized design details were added in symbolical manner by the interior designer. It was reflected in the customized door handle of brass finished and marble inlay flooring design with the owner’s name initial.

This neoclassical architecture, with 4-level floor plan where the ground floor consists mostly of formal and guest areas including the 2 majlis room, large formal dining room, guest bedroom with attached bathroom, lounge and reception hall.
It is a lovely home design from the landscape, façade and through the interior inspired from upper-class classic villa design of ancient Rome. Residents and guests are welcome by a double height wrought iron door design at the main entrance and walk through a geometrical pattern marble flooring design in combination of black, yellow, white and crema marfil natural stones imported from Turkey and Italy.
White painted walls and large windows gives the home interior a relaxing and serene ambient and to make it cozier, our master interior designer added a gas fireplace design in classic style and place it as central piece in the foyer and lounge area.
Combination of high back classic sofa and contemporary style armchair in velvet upholstery match with Lucite glass console and tables were layout symmetrically over a hand woven wool mid-20th century French Aubusson rug.

An inspiring luxury bedroom design in neutral color and Parisian style décor conceptualized for our dear client in Doha Qatar.
Unlike other villa design where the master bedroom is usually located at the first floor, this bedroom was set in the highest floor level of the house plan with a view to the rooftop lounge and garden.
The room layout is symmetrical having the king size bed with gorgeous padded headboard at the center flanked by two pocket doors leading to the walk-in wardrobe area.
As apparent in the entire home interiors, the bedroom has French neoclassical architecture style with wall covering in off- white neutral paint from Benjamin Moore collection paired with gypsum panel moulding in European classic ornaments. While the tray ceiling design fitted with egg and dart crown molding and accent of antique gold leaf.
To enhance the coziness of the room design, an oak hardwood flooring was used in the full master bedroom suite and dressing room. It is then layered by a hand knotted silk rug on a wall to wall wool carpet for a softer and warmer surface.

The owner of the luxury villa was convinced that a home elevator is required for comfortable movement between floors. Being an essential design element in the architecture, the interior architect opted to place a panoramic lift at the center of the curved staircase in resemblance to the rounded bays in the coastline of Doha, Qatar.
As seen in shopping malls, commercial building and high-rise residential towers, the panoramic elevator with full glass structure instantly becomes an interior statement and a provides a 360-degree view of the beautiful home design.
The house plan set the staircase adjacent to sitting room and close to an exterior wall with full height glass windows. The strategic layout permits a nice view of the landscape while navigating through the glass elevator or by the stunning curved staircase design with classic wrought iron railings.
An Italian calacatta white marble used as main floor covering is extended to the staircase steps layered by a custom-made classic stair runner in natural wool.

Overtime the majlis interior design has evolve to number of styles, such as modern Arabic majlis, Traditional majlis, Mediterranean and contemporary style sitting room with blend of Arab and Western design ideas.
In this exclusive luxury villa design of our dear Emirati client in Dubai, a Moroccan majlis design was opted for the men council room. The room layout design is suitable for hosting 25 guests and could sit comfortably to the U-shape elevated majlis sofa.
Adorable plasterwork craftmanship is displayed through detailed star shape and geometric pattern carvings in the ceiling design matched with a pistachio green paint finish. Part of the walls and the flooring are covered with a zellige or Moroccan tiles in dynamic color complemented by a two-toned brown hand knotted wool rug imported from Egypt.
For a more authentic Marrakesh feel, the interior designer added pops of bright red, yellow color and some kilim fabrics in the cushions. While a mashrabiya pattern as introduced in the wall décor, window awnings and wooden door makes a strong Islamic decorative statement. Completing the interior decorations are Levantine furniture like the tables and mirror with admirable inlaid mother of pearl, Moroccan brass lanterns and ceramic base table lamps.

As manifested in the home interiors, the room design has unique and personalized house branding concept as reflected in the skylight roof where a letter “Q” was formed as tribute to the royal owner’s name and its home country, Qatar.
Grey color being a noble and neutral palette was opted for the interior. The tray ceiling design is covered with a timeless gray paint from Jotun Collection complemented by a concrete flooring and walls in Alcantara leather wall cladding.
Concrete classic columns were added in the structure to blend with the house design and keep the harmonious neoclassic architecture style.
Aside form the sports cars and luxury car collection, a see-through swimming pool with acrylic transparent panels becomes a statement piece of the interior decoration. A view of this indoor swimming pool can be seen also in the connecting Falconry Lounge room.
